My shipping costs are the actual  USPS charges. Or if an Item is over sized or a heavy item such as the metal backed porcelain signs with weights of 40 - 50 lbs. and length issues. Item will ship ground due to size and weigh to save you money or ground according to the size.   Insurance is not provided by us  at any time. We Ship USA only. Unless OK ahead of time.
We are willing to work with you for possible pick up if at possible. This is our GOAL to work with you and provide as much support as we can.
